One objective we had was to teach the robots a series of dance steps and then coordinate two robots to communicate with each other while dancing. This would require two separate codes representing the male and female steps and a method of communication for the robots.

Another objective was to make Nao track a small

red ball while dancing to be able to coordinate the two robots placement with each other. 

Teaching the robots to coordinate movements and timing through dancing could help us develop more advanced knowledge of coding that could be used in other robots. The actual Nao technology could aide in various projects, including Autism research.
